
What is Executive Coaching?
Executive coaching is a process that involves a series of one-on-one conversations between a coach and a client, aimed at helping the client clarify their vision, grow as a professional and person, develop their skills, improve their performance, and achieve their goals.
The coach acts as a thought partner, sounding board, advisor, and accountability partner for the client, helping them to develop a deeper understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, and to identify opportunities for growth and development. The coach also helps the client to set goals and create a plan of action to achieve those goals.
The coach will use various techniques and tools to help the client gain insights and develop new skills, such as visualizing, asking powerful questions, offering feedback, exploring emotions, and offering resources and exercises to work on between sessions.

Onboarding session - 1 hour 25 minutes
Design how we will work together
Identify and understand your main goals for coaching.
Where and how do you want to grow?
Coaching sessions - 55 min, 2x per month, for at least 6 months
Meet twice a month at the times you select.
Fully remote sessions by video call or voice call
You chose the topic for each session, based on your unique situation and priorities.
Meet together for a minimum commitment of 6 months or longer to develop a strong and authentic coaching alliance based on trust.
Unlimited asynchronous communication (text/email) between sessions.
Monthly fee (retainer)
